Has anyone had a phone line with fantastic telecom or eagles telecom or there football team phone line? if so have u had problems with them over billing?

I also joined Fantastic Telecom after being contacted by my local football club. It looked a good deal and my bill with Virgin seemed to be going up and up. I now find myself with 2 land lines that I don't use and 2 Broadband connections that I can't connect any of my computers to the internet on.
I've tried to cancel but been told I'm signed up for 18 months!!!0
