Lloyds Tsb Student Account

Hi all,

Does anybody know if Lloyds tsb will be as strict on their credit search criteria for a student account with them compared to their regular current account? as i dont have the best credit history I have a couple of satisfied defaults from 2005-2008 and dishcharged bankruptcy in early 2009.

Cheers

Comments

  • Lloyds TSB are very strict and with a poor or adverse credit history will only give you their basic cash account not the student account.
  • You'll get the student account so you'll get the free NUS card, speakers, music, YHA membership etc. but for the overdraft they may so no, or only give you £200 or something.
