Buyer not getting emails/invoice?

Hi
a buyer won 3 of my auctions on Sunday, i immediatly sent her a combined invoice with the total on (as I had discounted her postage), the next day she sent me a message through ebay to ask if I could send her the combined invoice with postage, I couldnt find how to do this so I sent her the payment reminder email through ebay and also a personal email through ebay to say that i wasnt being rude sending payment reminder just couldnt see how to send the invoice again, yesterday she sent me another email through ebay asking for the invoice I sent her a message through ebay to say that i has sent it twice and gave her the total, i also sent a copy of this directly to her email address (from my email programme incase it was a problem with the message system)
She still hasnt paid?, she has a feedback score of 8 (all +), not sure what else I can do but am worried that she will give me a neg for this
any advice?

Request her details and ring her to let her know that she doesn't seem to be getting your messages. There's probably a problem with her email provider - AOL, Hotmail most likely.

I believe everything you have sent her should appear in My Messages - so tell her to log in to ebay to check there, to bypass the email issue.

Like fay says this could well be the dreaded AOL problem, I've virtually given up being able to get anything to an AOL user. Unfortunately it seems to have spread to NTL a bit now, and Hotmail so eventually maybe we will all only be able to 'talk' to people with the same ISP!

Otherwise, do as Fay suggests and give them a call.

Thanks, have requested her details and will give her a call tomorrow, her email address is a Tiscali one, do you know if there have been problems with these?

I've also had trouble getting messages through when I hide my email address... ebay seems to not forward them to email in those cases.
