Goods not recieved

In May I ordered 60 printed sweatshirts for a charity event all pre-paid by a group of students and on delivery there were 6 missing. Six emails and numerous telephone calls later, the company are still claiming that the six were sent separately. They have not got confirmation of this delivery, and the courier company told me they have no details of it either. Can anyone tell me where I stand and what else I can do?

If they can't prove they were delivered, then it's their responsibility to either send another 6 out, or refund the 6 that you did not receive.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
  • Have a look at distance selling regulations, the vendor is responsible for delivery. Your contract is with the Vendor not the courier. As the above has posted you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

Trying to cheat a charity is pretty low too - would deffo be worth stating that you are a charity in correspondance to make them feel bad!

Thanks! We even bought Fair Trade goods and they know it was for a charity. So frustrating when they say they are checking with the courier, and you know they are hoping you'll just give up and go away. I appreciate it has nothing to do with the courier, but I wanted to check that the parcel had not been signed for.
