this is still there and operating the guy said that datakit is upstairs and he is the landlord of the place, claims that datakit is not a fly by company and be patient and the will send my package out, to which i said i have been emailing them and i want to return a product, he knew alot which makes me think he is actually associated with the company and said they get an average 600 emails a day,

also advised to return the product which you will be refunded for

sounds like the company needs more employees

also been checking and i did pay by CC capitol 1 so is there anything i can do to reverse the charges

IN all honesty do not use Datakit, they are been receiving bad press for at least the last 12 months, been reported to Hampshire police, BBC Watchdog, Trading Standards and still they are allowed to operate, taking people's money and not delivering the goods! I am down 240 quid at the mo, luckily I used my CC so should get some money back. However my CC company said that this company when into liquidation.

My Advise stay well clear!!!!!!
