I have a really bad credit score, caused when i was just 19yrs old im now 26.
i use experian to check my report regularly i have, and capital one credit card even though i cant get loans or any other kind of credit.
i pay for my weekly shop on the card which only has a limit of £100 then i pay it off the next day using my wage.
Im annoyed because ive been using the card 6 wks and if anything my score has gone down, WHY?.
Also does anyone know how long it takes for my limit to go up? and any other ways to improve my score i have a ccj which clears in 2014.
Thanks.

First do not spend your money on a credit score which does not mean anything, it's just a number which you would have paid £5 for, each lender have their own criteria and a credit reference agency will not have enough information to make a sound judgement and remember that they are not the ones lending you the money.
Your ccj which is only 2 years old will have a huge impact to you ability to get credit and should consider yourself lucky to have a credit card already with a ccj on your file. If you've had the card for only 6 weeks then it is very unlikely that they will even consider an increase before you've had the account for 4/6 months and even then an increase is never certain.
Just make sure that you use the card regularly, paying off the full balance when you receive your statement, never ever be late for a payment, try maybe getting a catalogue account, that could help and if everything goes well then once the ccj is at least 4 to 5 years old you'll be in a better position to get a credit card with a decent limit and apr...0
