Help, what does this mean

For some reason my computer 1-2 times a day has started to swich itself off showing on blue screen IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and then straight back on ?

So can someone tell me what this mean's please.
I have amd64 4800 dualcore processor

You probably have a corrupt profile, try booting from the windows CD, recovery console, chkdsk c: /F/R then reboot.

Please set the following so that you can write down the entire message.

You definately the funny looking number, 00x0008A blah blah

Right Click My Computer...Properties

Click Advanced Tab...Settings under "Statup and Recovery"

Make sure 'Automatically Restart' under "System failure" is NOT ticked (this might need a reboot).

The next time your machine Blue Screens, it will stay on that Screen until you manually reboot.

Let me know what the full error message is please.
