Microwave oven not working

Dear all,
I have an 800 watts Sanyo microwave oven, which makes all the right moves, turns etc but nothing gets warm. Can any one suggest what might be wrong and how do I fix it?

    Microwave ovens are normally a sealed unit.

    They really arent worth fixing, when you can get a new one for £25

    The magnetron has probably died, as above buy a new one.

    Do not attempt to fix it yourself, you could cook your bits!
    That gum you like is coming back in style.

    Could be the door interlock switches.

    The turntable turns, can it still be the switch?
    And thank you Mckneff and 'penrhyn', there are times when even £25 seems a lot but I surely will not risk my Bits for that, thanks a lot for the advice and I very much appreciate it.
