Hello Everyone
I just received 2 Penalty Charge Notices - One 5 Months ago and one over 6 months ago.
Does anyone know if i legally need to be served these notices before this time.
I think they need to tell me by 6 months or the PCN can be appealed - Am i right? and if so how do i go about appealing to them?
All help wanted.
Many Thanks

Have you moved in the last year?. Have you changed cars in the same time? Is it a hire/lease car?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Yes i moved in November last year. Haven't changed cars & own the car outright0

You can contact dvla and find out when the council requested your details as far I am concerned they have 14 days from dvla and a further 28 days to issue go to pepioo and post there and they will probably rip it to bitsI all have learnt is from others on many sites.
