Help! Cheap winter uk break for family with dog!

Any ideas where a young family can go away for a short winter break which allows dogs, cheap but nice?

They don't advertise the fact on their website but try Hackness Grange Hotel in Yorkshire, they accept dog in certain rooms.

We've taken ours on several occassions. You've got to ring though as you can't do it on their website. They have some great offers on for this Autumn/Winter at the moment too!

Haven allow a maximum of 2 dogs, check out www.directholidayhomes.com and to find private owners at Haven and other UK sites, they usually say if they are happy to allow dogs or just e-mail them to check, there is a late deals section for some good offers. HTH

I live in Scarborough close to Hackness Grange Hotel and have been for a few meals to the Country House the food is really great, as far as i know dogs are allowed !

just been looking at center parcs website, they allow upto 2 dogs at selected lodges, for a charge.

Book a cottage in the country, that way the dog can come.

Welcome Cottages are pet friendly and in the UK & France, I've used them before for getaways to The Lake District, never had a problem & always been reasonably priced
