Complaint contact address for British Gas - Please help!
Right - I am at my wits end trying to get British Gas to sort out the problems I have with my newly installed heating system!:mad:
Have called customer services numerous times, sent emails via the website and written a letter to them - all with no reply.
Was wondering if any of you good MSE bods have a valid e-mail address of someone high up in the food chain who might be able to get something done!

Athough I would always recommend writing using traditional snail mail, perhaps with recorded delivery, if you don't get anywhere with your initiual contact."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Didn't BBC Watchdog have a look at British Gas not so long ago? Maybe they'd be interested in adding your case to any follow up
