Cous Cous. A bag makes loads and is very cheap.
Add whatever you have in the fridge/cupboard - fresh tomatoes, onions, spring onions, coriander, chick peas, chopped peppers, cucumber, lemon juice, chilli, then some meat if you want some - leftover chicken, ham etc. Whatever takes your fancy really.
If takes 5 minutes to cook. Cool and chuck in whatever you are having in it. Stick in a tub and pop in the fridge the night before.0
