is anyone having probs with capital 1 today

hi i called cap 1 to pay off some of my balance and they have 1 payment that i didnt make on my card
the man at capital 1 said they are having probs today and they would sort it out and take the payment off
but i can not use my card as with that payment on it it has taken me too my max she said it could take 2-3 days to sort out is there anything i can do to get them to sort this out faster i have only been with them for 4 day and i am not happy with whats happend
i just payed off 70 pounds but i am getting upset and think what if they lose the payment
has any1 had probs with them today
