WANTED info on Robert Bates

Does anyone have any knowledge of the whereabouts of Robert Bates trading as 'Tey Cars Sales' of 41 London Road, Marks Tey, Colchester.

As of today, his yard is sporting an 'under new management' sign and both he and his stock have gone.

I wish to speak to him regarding the arrangement of a refund for a defective car.

And the new occupant has no knowledge. Presumably he has an address for his landlord though. Might be worth a try.

On a separate point, good luck with the cataract ops. I had one done about 17 months ago, brilliant.

No new occupant. The car yard was operational when my son went past this morning at 7:30, but when my wife passed-by this afternoon, the whole place had been cleared, portacabin and all. Just hope the Polish car cleaners who operate from the back of the site have some idea.

That's the problem when buying from such garages, they disappear frequently and spring up as a new limited company some time later, probably because of ccj's etc, a quick google search brings up an anglia car sales in the same place, what happened to them ?

For all their faults car supermarkets and main dealers are going to be there tomorrow.

Did you happen to pay your deposit on a credit card as there is some protection from your card provider , and you could put a claim in with them.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Anglia car sales closed after one partner suffered a heart attack & the land-owner gave them notice to leave, as they wanted to build on the site.

Due to the economic downturn, the land-owner never started building, but did rent the land out again.

As for Anglia, I purchased a car from them, and when it went wrong they bent-over backwards to help, even though it was through my ham-fistedness that the gear lever broke.
