BT Care where are you i need you again!!

Bill no 1. in my new home was wrong, charged twice for international freedom, anud refused a revised bill.

A few days later a revised bill arrives !!! I pay this.

Yesterday bill no 2 arrives with a late payment charge of £7.50
and a charge of £14.80 for... 'You haven't fully paid your previous bill.'

Which happens to be the amount removed by BT for charging me twice for international freedom.

although on the next page they have credited this. (Isn't clear they way they work all this out)

And just to insult me more with last quarter's promise of we will not charge you twice for international freedom...... they charge me twice again.

I have just managed to speak with a lady who promised to removed £14.97 charge for this quarter's international freedom and the £7.50 late charge.

I asked for a revised bill, as i want to see these changes, she said they only credit the account, which means i have to sit and wait another 3 months to see if all this has happens and to see if i have been charged again for international freedom.

I want to go direct debit, but until i am satisfied that they can issue correct bills each time, i don't want DD, even though this would save me money in the long run.

If i pay my full bill now and they credit my next bill, they are getting more than they should and getting the interest out of my money.

I have a choice pay the full bill and get a credit on the next quarter's bill, or pay the revised amount, and be charged again for not paying the full amount (like they have tried this time).

I just want a revised bill sent to me in the post.
I want to know that i will only be charged for one lot of international freedom each bill, (can only make one call at a time....)

BT Care it's time you stepped in again,

3 months of we assure you this will not happen again, i know it will until you step in and sort it out.
