Hi everyone. I have a ploblem . I won a tenner but don't know how to claim it? It says i have won but nothing else and i have entered all my personal details name/address. The hotmail address i used to signup with doesn't work because i forgot the password duh. So I can't check my hotmail to see if walkers e-mailed me a confirmation link or something? Does anybody know if they do? Thank You.

just log in on your walkers rainy day account - click 'view account'

look down the list on left hand side - clicky - claim your winnings:T

fill in details

I always use BBC weather (http://bbc.co.uk/weather) and watch their forecast on tv... worked great mostly

Annoying that I picked a spot for thursday (gone this week) and walkers haven't sent any confirmation to tell me if I've won or not? Pff

They don't always confirm results (dunno why not) - but you should see the result if you click on 'my account' and then on 'view all activity'.
