£550 inc to sell your house save about £7k like us, your house is on rightmove, asserta, fish4, for as long as it takes.
Housenetwork take amazing photos, better than our local agent, virtual tours, floor plans. Makes the local agent look very poor VFM.

We have had the house on the market with them for 1 week and had 2 viewings so it works. Who cares if the agent is miles away, your buyers dont know that and who needs stupid agents around your house when you can show people around yourself.
Even if you instruct local agents check them out.

Another really cheap way of selling your house is selling it privately, which cuts out an estate agent saving you £1000's. A good site to use is http://www.homesell.co.uk.
It only cost me around £70 to sell my house all together and there cheapest plan is only £20. They displayed my ad with pictures and a description, all taken by me. This also got put into my local ad magazine and was displayed on websites like fish4homes and hotproperty. My house sold in weeks but they will keep the ad on there until it sells, without having to pay extra.
I highly recommend selling privately and homesell is a great tool to do so.0 -

Bit late for you on that one mate , but useful for others:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Completed on our house sale 2 weeks ago through these guys. Would definitely recommend them - I paid, in total, £400 plus VAT to sell, the first half up front and the 2nd part on completion. We sold for £285,000 so the savings were massive.
Of course if they didn't advertise through Rightmove I probably wouldn't have used them - but as they do I managed to sell within a week of the property going 'live'. The buyer wishes he'd sold through them as well after having shelled out a few grand with his estate agency.
Totally missed out on the Quidco deal - double doh!abomb1969 wrote:http://www.housenetwork.co.uk/
