**Daily Chat Thread 14th Sep 2010** Day Two!!!

Okay so you all thought about your goals yesterday.
All you need to do today is write them down! But write them down in the present tense. If your goal was to lose weight then think of what weight you would like to be and write it down as if you have already achieved it.
Mine would be
1. I am nine stone
2. I earn £35,000 per annum
3. I am a chartered accountant.
You are what you see!!! So if you see yourself as having achieved your goals you are most likely to achieve them.
On that note, must dash - I have a busy day ahead of me of client meetings......
Don't forget to eat a frog!

ok I'm 9 stone or a little less
my house is clutter free, warm and inviting, clean and redecorated, and i'm no longer embarrased when people come here.
my jewellery business is bringing in a profit of £1000 a month
Don't know about eating frogs today, i still get elephants to finish
my goal today is to sort my bedroom, and put all the clutter i put in there yesterday away and put all the clean washing away, before i carry on tackling the living/dining room area.

For anyone who wants to read anything on thinking healthy thoughts and making positive goals, changing negative thoughts and breaking thought habits, I'm currently reading Cognitive Behavious Therapy by Avy Joseph. It's brilliantly written, lots of exercises in it and will help if you want to really set goals etc as per Sammy's challenge.

Morning all
Todays frog eating will be trying to find out where the ruddy nora they've sent DH's lumbar puncture results or get someone to actually admit they've lost them :mad:.
I've cleaned the hob and made the bed and I'm utterly pooped again so that's me done for the day. DH is being taken off to visit his mother for an hour or so after yesterdays op so I shall have a snooze.

I'm half way to having a tidy bedroom again, clutter free no, but it will be tidy ish lol, have sorted washing put ds1&2 washing in their bedrooms, dh washing in a pile on the bed, i've put towels and bedding away. Put mine away.
Just having a sit and a coffee cause i felt my back twinge when i picked up a pile of bedding (serves me right for trying to pick the load up in one go).
got a box of pressies still to sort will wrap those and put away and still got the 2 bags of stuff i took up from the dining room to put away.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
Ok then:
1. I am a published author.
2. I am debt free.
3. My dad understands and accepts that I am ill.
4. I am 11 stone.
5. I have a gorgeous, intelligent, sexy, witty, kind boyfriend.
6. I have a diagnosed immunological condition.
7. I have a 2:1 degree.
8. I have an MA.
9. I live in a tidy, clutter free, comfy calming home.
10. I have proper central heating.
I'm also going to eat a huge frog today. I start my travel training in an hour, getting over my fear of busses by going on one. My stomach's already doing somersaults and I didn't sleep well last night.
Then tonight I'm going to the theatre to see Billy Liar.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

*My little brother has a stable job
*I have a savings pot that grows monthly
*I smile about one thing daily
Today I am chilling before going to work tonight. I also fear it will be a late one tonight as I have my online class to attend, but its all good
