    Your gas seems excessive - check if it is accurate billing.

    First step - if your debt is increasing then I doubt you do have the monthly surplus your SOA suggests, and your posts suggest some of the money was spent on the kids etc, not just gambling. Get your old bank statements and work out where your money is going. Also, keep a spending diary - a notebook or a spreadsheet - where you write down everything you spend. Then after a month compare to your budget.
