EA can't/won't remove from Rightmove

Hi, need some advice. About 4 weeks ago I deinstructed an estage agent from selling my property, but still they have my property advertised on Rightmove and some other sites.

My property is with two other agents and I have since reduced the price with these two agents. So the deinstructed agents advert is still sitting there at the wrong price.

I have contacted the agent at least twice a week since deinstruction, they are blaming some technical problem and are telling me they don't understand why my property is still on there and are trying to resolve the situation. I have contacted rightmove who cannot help me as they tell me the feed they are recieving from the agent still contains my property.

In this four weeks, I have only had a single viewing through my current agents and I am starting to think this is having some effect.

I'm really not sure how to proceed, please help!

only reason i can thnk of is that agent hasnt paid RM for listing fees (if any), and they've been blocked out.. or they are narked at losing a sale..?

iif they are part of a chain of agents, call/write asap to their head office / compliance dept.. v poor show. copy in information commision office maybe, too?

Are they based in Oldham? There's one round here who has lots of properties that have sold still on their website and now on rightmove. It's really stupid.
