Terms and Conditions for L’Or!al Paris – Elnett Competition, WIN tickets to the X Factor Live Tour 2011

1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, with the exception of the promoter's employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw, and entries must be via the official online L'Or!al Paris Elnett competition entry form.
4. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be received on or before 30 November 2010. The prize draw will take place on 14 December 2010. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
7. Three completed entries drawn at random (one from each of the 3 prize selections) will receive the prize chosen by the entrant on the competition entry website. The winner will receive a pair of tickets to the X Factor Live Tour 2011 at the venue selected by the winner.
   • 2 x tickets to the X Factor Live Tour 2011 at LG Arena, Birmingham for Saturday, 19 February 2011
   • 2 x tickets to the X Factor Live Tour 2011 at Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle upon Tyne for Saturday, 26 March 2011
   • 2 x tickets to the X Factor Live Tour 2011 at The O2 Arena, London for Saturday, 19 March 2011
8. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw date.
9. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
13. Details of the winner will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L'Or!al Paris Elnett Competition, PO Box 7260, Hook, RG27 8ZS within 6 weeks of the draw date.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
15. Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions and privacy statement to be eligible.
16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
17. English Law applies and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
