Is it still the case that the Parking charge notice I have just received should be ignored. I have a valid appeal but am reluctant to enter into dialogue with them. I am the registered keeper but was not the driver when the ticket was issued. Can they 'fine' me if I refuse to disclose who was the driver? Any advice would be gratefully received.

They are not the police or the courts, they are just private citizens so you can just ignore them, you don't have to tell them anything. As for the "appeals" process , it's just a sham. It's not independent, so it's in their interest to turn them all down. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
