Three plants needing identification please!

I saw these plants in the gardens of St Paul's Cathedral and would like an ID as praying didn't reveal anything (:)). The 1st and 2nd are used as bedding plants, the 3rd I'd really like the cultivar suggestions for the dwarf pine.

The first is Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart'.
Second escapes me atm but will have a think.
Pine could be Pinus mugo 'Mops' or 'Pumillio'? Difficult to ident conifer at that distance and that new growth one can see can be deceptive.Greyer by the minute - Older by the hour - Wiser by the day0 -
