The planned timetable will usually be available up to 12 weeks beforehand. Sometimes this can be a bit late if not finalised fully by Network Rail.
I expect you will get the info you want about 3months beforehand
As dzug1 has said Bank Holiday is popular for Network Rail to do engineering projects so there is definitely potential for engineering works to occur.
What route are you doing? I will see if I can find anything out at work.0
