Learner driver and need insurance!

My sister has gone off to uni and left me her car, although she will need to drive it when she comes back for holidays etc.. To add me onto her insurance it would cost £2000 ()
So what I need to do is find a new company to have her insurance on, and I have no idea how to find it etc. I also need one that it'd be fairly cheap to add me onto. If anyone can help, a million thank yous!

http://www.collingwoodannuallearners.co.uk/ is good, provisional only, and if you do have an accident it's on your insurance, not hers.0
