Ebuyer returns policy for open box?

Hey there

I bought 2 gtx 480s of ebuyer 3 days ago. When i recieved them i realised they would not fit in my case.
I have opened the box and taken them out of the anti static bag but all the accessories are intact and packaged.

Ebuyer states i can return items "as new" does that mean they will take an opened item?

Under the DSR they have to. You have 7 working days within which to reasonably inspect the items which of course involves removing them from their packaging.
