    I hope so :)

I am worried they will say no. they wont...

I don't know what is more scary the BR or the twin boys running riot! not forgetting my daughter aswell! busy times ahead!

This is why I am doing it now, my twins are high risk and I will need a c-section, my consultant has said be prepared for an early arrival anytime from now!. I really don't want creditors harrasing me with it all going on and trying to sort the BR while I am trying to get over the section and looking after everyone.

    Hope[/STRIKE] it WILL run smoothly.

GOOD LUCK...our baby was high risk as well...after a c section looking at him now 6mnths later dont know why we worried!

  • Thanks everyone I feel abit happier now, I haven't told my family about it so not had anyone apart from National Debt Line to talk to.

Right I am off to finish my forms! I'll be back Wednesday to give an update!

  • Gemlou our court date is also tomorrow - the past 2 days I've been waking up thinking "is it Wednesday??" so its obviously on my mind. Good luck tomorrow, will be thinking of you :).
  • Good luck for today ontheroad, I am just having a quick coffee then I am off to court report back later!
  • Well I am back from court and feeling very much relieved. The court staff were friendly and professional, normally the judge dosen't see people however, he requested to see me gulp. After thinking he was going to say no and imaging scenes like judge judy I was sitting there worrying, I was then shown to his posh office.

The judge was very nice and understanding, it turns out he wanted to see me to reasure me that it wasn't the end of the world and that The OR was there to help me so make sure I ask all the questions I want etc.

He didn't ask me any questions, I had filled out my life story on the reasons why you are bankrupt page, so he basically had everything he could possibly ever want to know about me infront of him.

I am relieved that part is over, next is the OR meeting they will be calling me tomorrow to arrange.

I would like to say a big thanks for all that post on this forum, it really has been a great help.

Ontheroads was today as well hopefully a similair account will pop up on here later.
