    Isn't there some European Directive that allows me to claim up to £45 billion pounds and at the same time if my washing machine breaks down after 13 years allows me to get a brand new one?!

    It really annoys me that some people use this board as a "How much do you think I can get?" forum, as opposed to it's proper use of helping out people who are in need of advice on what to do next with their consumer problems
