wrong item sent charged higher price

bought two coats the same from halfcost in July. I live abroad so have parcels shipped on when there is a decent amount to send as was the case with these. So, I have received them in sept and in fact they have sent two diifferent jackets. I accept too long to send them back even though the jacket is not one I shall use but ... they sent one that was cheaper than I paid only by £2 but they are wiping their hands as it was apparently too long ago and frankly it is their attitude particularly that is annoying me as for me, I have sent a photo of the items and clearly they are different and clearly they have charged the wrong price

So are they right? they charged me for two of a particular item, sent a different lower priced item but will not refund the difference?

Anyone know where I stand?

thanks
