Not sure where else to put this so here goes. Just tryingto book Travel insurance via martins article and decided to go with Multitrip insurance as recomended.
Beware! What seems to be happening is they are NOT honouring the price that comes up initially (£14.40 ish) but when you've entered all your payment details it jumps to £17.?? (sorry cant remember exact figure as I've got cross!).
I've tried twice and same thing happened so i called them - NOT a FREEPHONE number and they had no explanation and could/would NOT match the price in Martins article. I explained that this site is recomending them and they needed to sort out what was going on but they just said, 'sorry, nothing we can do, we can't match the prices through Moneysupermarket'.
So the moral of the tale seems to be, DO NOT GO FOR MULTITRIP!
Please will Martin or whoever find out what is going on.
Thanks.
I will now book elsewhere and hope others do too so they learn this is not good enough.
