Nero: Internal error,please help

I have been using nero 7 with no problems for several months now.Last night I used it,today it won't work.It opens up ok but when I click copy an "Internal Error" window pops up. After that I get the old...
nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Then when trying to close it I get the non responsive program window.I did a restore to a checkpoint prior to when I last used nero but this has not worked.Help please.
