Hi, just a quick question. i am renting out my house and have received a letter from the mortgage company to say that its fine but i need to write back with details of the tenant. does anybody know what i need to tell them?? i may ring them tonight but just thought someone on here may know in the mean time.

Did you credit vet (Letsure or similar) your tenant? If so, they may wish to have this confirmed (though data protection probobly prohibits you sending them the file).
Otherwise just send name, previous address and employer? If that's not enough, they'll write again and ask for more!0 -
I havnt bothered with a credit check as rent is being paid by housing. will just send them name and previous address.like you say,if they need more they will get in touch. think they'll be happy has long as they get their fee lol0
