Got a job- help coming off IS

Hi Guys,
I GOT A JOB!!! starts end of the month. but need some advise please,
I have been on IS for over 12 months, I have heard about the job grants, can anyone tell me what there is out there to help you back to work, I just been listening to the news and its all doom and gloom about benefit cuts,,
Im a single mum with 2 children living in rented housing,
My Job is for 16 hours at £6 a hour.
any help greatfully received

You will get a 4 week run on with your rent and council tax benefit, but submit a change of circumstances as you will probably still be entitled to some housing/council tax benefit.
Apply for working tax credits.
In work credits is a benefit of £40 pw for a year for single parents going back to work.
Job grant IIRC is £250
