My daughter is applying to the Student Awards Agency Scotland (SAAS) for a loan. She needs to prove her dad's income. He doesn't work and he isn't on benfits. He is living off his savings. so he doesn't have a p60 and the DWP can't certify his income because he is not on benefits. What does he do?
Thanks in advance
