you have the option to leave a note for the driver on the delivery screen when ordering. You can select from many options....i choose " leave with neighbour " and then another box appeared asking their number.
It will have to be signed for so you can't select leave in garage etc0 -

Thanks
Not had any problems with ours, had it for about 3 weeks, using daily and fine so far,
Hope you get yours sorted out!0 -
I've been put off going for this deal because of the cost of the ink. Somehow I have been getting ink for my current printer for just a couple of pounds average so it seemed a big jump. But, it also seems a really good deal on the printer. Will maybe check and see if the deal is still available. Guess it all depends how much ink you go through.
Bit of a silly question maybe, but someone on Amazon reviews mentioned how little time the ink cartridges last for. Don't suppose any one who has been using their printer could give me a rough idea of how much printing you can do on a cartridge for this one?
I only print maybe 10 pages every week or so, with maybe one big (50-100 page document) a month but I have no idea if that is a lot or not!
Thanks very much.0 -

Have you considered refilling your own cartridges? That can save a lot of money, just buy a new one every so often.Hope is not a strategy.0 -
I think when you buy a new printer the cartridges they supply you with don't contain as much ink as the standard ones.

Believe it or not I have just been reading a thread online about that. I didn't even know you could do that! If it could save a bit of money, I would definitely give it a go. Thanks very much.0 -

Thanks, hubby says it also is saying there is a paper jam but there is no paper in the printer (it happened when he installed it before the paper was put in) so not sure really.
Think I will take it back as it seems to be ours.
