Hi
Does anyone know anything about the fast selling companies, who buy property if a quick sale is needed. Are they OK, what's the deal?

The general advice given on these boards about companies like this is that they should be avoided."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I suppose it really depends on your circumstances as to how desperate you are to sell.
However I'm sure they will give you an absolutely rubbish price for your property which will be well below market value. So as maninthestreet said I would probably avoid.0 -
IMO they're pretty much all scams. Avoid.0

A bunch of blood-sucking, money-grabbing scum with dubious morals, as far as I'm concerned... Others may have other views of course...0

I would agree with the other posts.
If you really want to find out how good their offer is then have the property valued by a few agents and be honest about needing a quick sale - then you will see how much selling to one of these companies is really going to cost you.0 -
If you don't care how much you sell for, just want the property off your hands and you are willing to agree to anything to make the hassle go away then these companies are for you. In any other circumstances, it is unlikely to be the right answer.0
