Wii box and scratches

After having the removal company from hell last week, we've now found that they bascially dumped our wii box in a box with only a couple of sheets of paper around it. Needless to say its badly scratched....

Is there anything we can do it get some of them out or purchase a new shell?

you could use some proper/professional plastic polish to remove the scratches.

Hardware stores or ebay are good places to start...

Cant you claim against the removal firm? They would have had a relevant insurance...

You trusted a removal firm to pack your fragile items?

You could always buy a cheap skin cover off of eBay. Jazz it up a bit (or just plain white) and protect it in future.
