chimney pots fitting

Dear all,
I would be grateful if someone with more experience can say if this is the fair quote:
" To provide and fit terracotta vent cowlings to the existing chimney pots (8pots)"
Total including VAT £611.00
We know that the vents cost around £30 each
The chimney is to our and a next door neigbour (4 pots are on his, 4 on our half of the chimney) - they are all part of the same chimney. Houses are in London and are two storey.
