    1. To sell this house and move to our forever home
    2. Be debt free
    3. To start living again rather than just existing
I want a forever home rather than this house which has never been home (purchased with our heads rather than hearts as it fitted all our needs at the time). Been trying to sell for over 2 years, fallen through twice, hopefully 3rd time lucky.

OH has been out of work for nearly a year, started a new job last week:j, which he's loving, so money's been really tight (haven't had heating or hot water in all that time as we can't afford the oil). My arthritis has been so bad this past year and I lost someone close which was devastating, so have been struggling physically and emotionally. Things can only get better.

    Evening.

Good news about the motability car Pooky! I'm still waiting for my new one, it was supposed to be 5th August, then 2nd September, now they're saying 24th Sept.

Claire, well done on the decluttering! One of your pics shows why I don't have a dining table anymore, it just attracted clutter. I know what you mean about just moving the clutter between rooms, you're doing really well.

Good luck for the new term to all the students!

Well, I had writing group which went really well. Although both of the other two were giving contradictory advice on my piece - one would love a bit and the other would hate it! Then I went to check out a new coffee and cake shop that's opened, butI wish I hadn't bothered. The coffee was vile, and the linguist in me hated that half of it was in French and half Italian - like bread labelled in French and jam in Italian, cakes French, ice cream Italian, some ornaments French, some Italian... The cakes were nice though, I might just get them to take out now and then.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
