Posters for children's home?

Hello,
Bit of an odd one here. When Woolworths collapsed, I bought a massive box of posters from their closing sales for, like, £2. Sold a fair few at a car boot and made more than my money back. Now the remainder are just crammed under my bed gathering dust. I've given up on the idea of selling them as they're a pain to post, and probably aren't worth the effort.
Was gonna donate them to my regular charity shop, but they may also struggle to find a way to sell them as the shop is quite small and I'm not sure how they'd display them.
Was wondering if some sort of children's home might take them. May be a dumb question, but do children's homes still exist, where there might be enough residents to make it worth dropping off 50+ posters, or are they all gonna be small houses with 3 or 4 residents? And so I don't put my foot in it, am I right in thinking these are places where kids are waiting for adoption? I'm London-based, so I'd imagine if there are gonna be such places, London is gonna have at least a few.
Any thoughts welcome. Apologies if this subject has upset anyone.

all children's homes are small units nowadays - designed to be more like a family home, and less like an instiution. How abouts donating them to a charity like oxfam who sell online as well as from their shops?0
