Even O'Leary admits that the current Ryanair business model is unsustainable:

but I wonder how many of the passengers on any given plane have actually paid under a tenner for their ticket. have you ever looked at flight prices to popular holiday destinations in school holidays a couple of weeks before the departure date? they're sky high and presumably some people are buying them so the average price per ticket will be much higher. I know I'm stating the obvious but maybe that's how it works - plus all the extras add up and they're about 95% profit.0
