Advice: - Halifax Bank of Scotland charges

My girlfriend has had nearly £2000 worth of bank charges over the last few years. We followed the advice of people on here. They have now offered her £575 in return, what do people think on here, should she accept that or should she threaten them with going to small claims court?

Tell em you want the lot and if you dont get it you will take them to court. At every stage they will try to obfuscate and use delaying tactics in the hope that eventually she will get fed up and drop it. If you want the money stick at it and dont settle for anything less and eventually you will get a full refund.
