Can I change feedback???

I bought a car light, described as new, it arrived in the original box, I opened it, looked at the light which was in a bag and left positive feedback. Today I went to fit it and realized it was not new and was broken! What can I do? I have contacted the seller who has 100% feedback. Can I withdraw my feedback till this is resolved? If so how?
