i used to have this at school (the only thing i liked and ate!) and thought about trying to make some! anybody got a good, simple recipe.....?

It's a tart made from evaporated milk and brown sugar on pastry.
I made some 2 christmasses ago - lush

OMG this was the best dessert at school! I loved it! But never knew what it was called or how it was made but i am sure it is the same we had in school, as it was a pastry pudding with light brown sticky centre! I am so going to make this and show my sister and brother who also often mentions it when we talk about school! My school was in south London though not Kent.0
