Outlook Express

I'm having problems with my outlook express. i am receiving emails but all emails that I try to send just sit in my outbox??

Then an error message comes up saying "An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Emailing: www.20q', Account: 'pop.freeserve.com', Server: 'smtp.freeserve.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Error: Message content rejected', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69"

Can anyone help me with this?

thanks

Sarah

    Who is your ISP?

  • Looks like Wanadoo/Freeserve.

The error indicates that the server is blocking because of something in the email.

Try sending yourself a simple test message. You might have to move the unsent emails from Outbox to Drafts before the new message can be sent.

Agreed it is set up for Wanadoo/Freeserve but have they changed ISP?
