Special Needs Trust

Hi All,

I have been informed that i can place a large amount of money in a special needs trust.

Has anyone heard of this as i can't find any information on this.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Many thanks, regards Jay.

Also, you have to be disabled, by this definition.

There are some CGT and/or IHT benefits, and possibly also some benefits for means tested benefits, although they are still taxable to income tax at 40% (IIRC). Depends on your circumstances as to whether they are worth using.
