Hi All,
I have been informed that i can place a large amount of money in a special needs trust.
Has anyone heard of this as i can't find any information on this.

Also, you have to be disabled, by this definition.
There are some CGT and/or IHT benefits, and possibly also some benefits for means tested benefits, although they are still taxable to income tax at 40% (IIRC). Depends on your circumstances as to whether they are worth using.I'm an Investment Manager.
