    in these places, they will be fed and kept warm and given a place to sleep and basic sanitary provisions - and nothing else ie no cigarettes, no booze, no tv, no play station...

    and this will be available to everyone who wants help. all you have to do is sign up and go in. you cannot leave though at night...
