I dont know if im in the right forum.
I just payed for a tv over the phone after looking at a website, and i got it delivered to my house the very next day. Its been a couple days since iv had my new tv so i thought i would check my balance. It looks like they havnt taken any money out.
When i checked the balance on the side it says DPC bank. Far as im concerned when ordering over the phone or via internet money is taken out before the item is sent to your house.
Any theories on this?

Retailers have six months to claim the transaction under the same authorisation code. Some are fast, some are slow, but I'm sure it will come out in the next few weeks.Best Regards
