No Video or sound

I have some music videos (WMV) legally downloaded from 7 digital with the licences and have tried to put these onto a Samsung Tocco lite.
The Samsung New PC studio converts the WMV files to mp4 and send the converted file and licence to the phone. The converted file then "plays" as the time/progress bar in the samsung player moves normally but no sound or picture.
Any help gratefully recieved. Thanks
