hi, i am starting a new job soon and my partner claims incapacity for us so he will loose his adult dependancy but still receive incapacity benefit for himself.

Sorry, as you are not the claimant you cannot qualify for the RTWC or Job Grant. Your husband will lose the IB increase for you if you earn more than about £64pw.0
